Evidence that shaped EU-level migration policy and supported peer-reviewed publications — with GAPS Project (EU Horizon 2020), IIED, ODI Global, ICSC, ALNAP, and BfdW.
Donor proposals & institutional development
20+ successful donor proposals secured with DG ECHO, BMZ, GFFO, USAID/PRM, and FCDO. 200+ professionals trained on proposal development and project-cycle management. Alternative financing models developed for the West Bank Protection Consortium with NRC; country strategies and sustainable business systems built end-to-end — not just paragraphs filed.
Monitoring, evaluation & learning
Independent monitoring and evaluation across multi-sector programmes — CVA, livelihoods, protection, and food security — including an external evaluation of a Diakonia IHL Centre project on civil and political rights in the occupied Palestinian territory. Thousands of beneficiary interviews; real-time analytics dashboards for donor accountability; trusted by INGOs operating across access-constrained settings.
